ANZAC Legacy Breakfast


The Legacy Club of Fremantle invites you to join us for breakfast at the Esplanade Hotel Fremantle with our guest speaker the Hon, Joe Francis MLA. As a third generation sailor and ex-submariner and former small business proprietor, he is well placed to talk personally and professionally about the Government's policies and projections affecting our local businesses and entrepreneurs and veterans. 

Money raised from this breakfast assists Legacy to support local families of Australia Defence Force Veterans who have given their lives or health serving their country.

The people of Fremantle (including the greater Fremantle area) are proud to be part of the ANZAC Centenary commemorations and to have the opportunity to honour and pay respect to those who have and are serving our nation as part of the Armed Forces. ANZAC Centenary events will embrace the themes: 'Commemorate, Contemplate and Educate'.

Eight hundred and forty-nine is the number of servicemen who lived in the greater Fremantle area, embarked in Fremantle on transport ships that would take them to far away fields, and they are the ones that never returned.
